Overview

Biography

Born into what would become Praetoria, Therra didn't really get to know her parents. She never got to talk to her mother about their family's heritage - something that she'd learn only from her reluctant grandmother, and learn to keep quiet about as she grew into a young woman. Still, she knew one day she'd get noticed, and worked to make herself more accepted so she wouldn't disappear like so many others.

Therra stayed involved, volunteering, helping other orphans of the Hamidon wars, getting known as an up-and-coming civic worker. When her powers finally did emerge, she was publicly accepted into the Powers Division. They planned on keeping her as a public face to help counter the leaks about other "disappearances." Secretly, they planned to have Praetor Tilman forcibly indoctrinate her to ensure they kept control.

Instead, she disappeared of her own free will, going to help the Resistance counter both Cole and their own extremists. While undertaking tasks for Calvin Scott, she appeared publicly trying to "create understanding" and "build bridges between the moderates and the government," gaining enemies of her own in the Crusader faction. There would come a time when it would get to be too much, however.

Hearing reports of both a 'snatch' from the Government and an assassination attempt from the Crusaders in the works, the Resistance decided to move Therra somewhere she could continue to do some good, taking her to a portal that would send her to Primal Earth to become a hero. Now, she continues her work against Cole, trying to help build an alliance between her friends in the Resistance and the heroes of Paragon City.
