Born during the Hamidon Wars, Mia Baker had power beyond anyone's imagination. Born in Steel Canyon, Lisa lived in an apartment with her parents and lived an average life. When she turned nine, her powers manifested, and made everybody blackout in a twenty mile radius. Nobody knew what happened. One day her parents dropped her off in a fcility instead of a school. There she stayed until she was eighteen learning how to control her mutant powers. However, upon staying at that facility, an entity of fire merged with her and she became more powerful, but out of control. When the Rikti came, she was a big help. When a warship hit a dam, the water flowed heading for Atlas Park. Members of her supergroup put the dam back together while she struggled holding up the water. The entity boosted her powers and she gently placed the water on the other side of the dam. When finished, her and her teammates went back to the battle, but sadly witnessed Hero 1's death.

Mia Baker's powers manifested and made everybody blackout in a 20 mile radius. She served in a facility for about nine years. The entity that merged with her is a fiery being of cosmic energy. Stopping the flood helped prevent more disasters during the Rikti War. She was invited to her super group while in the Architect building.
