Her Power Sets are [[paragonwiki:Earth Control|Earth Control]] and [[paragonwiki:Force Field|Force Field]].

She is one of the young heroes who emerged after the [[paragonwiki:Rikti War|Rikti War]],
preventing the ruins of [[paragonwiki:Paragon City|Paragon City]] from being taken over
by criminals. She draws her power from presumably
Pelasgian relics, and possibly some magic abilities of her own.
Ms. Ge eventually became the target of [[../Mental Strike|Mental Strike]]'s
affections, and the carefree Villain has since made
several clumsy attempts to win her heart.

== Character History ==

=== Early Life ===

In 1983, young Greek American Antonis Raptis went to an
extended-family gathering in the country of his ancestors and
ended up spending a night with a woman who described herself
as an extremely distant relative of his. The following year,
baby Sophia mysteriously appeared in his apartment
in Watertown, Connecticut.

When Sophia was 16, her mother appeared to her in a dream.
She introduced herself as an earth goddess who had gone
through various identities over the millennia, including
that of Ge in Pelasgian and Ancient Greek times, although
she implied she had been one of several entities
believed to be Ge or Gaia by humans. She encouraged Sophia
to become a heroine, teaching her magic and providing her
with ancient relics to supplement her spells.

Sophia, under her new identity as Ms. Ge, was then tutored
by a local Hero in her hometown for a while. She eventually
moved to [[paragonwiki:Paragon City|Paragon City]] in 2003, enrolling
at Paragon University to study archaeology while protecting
the [[paragonwiki:Rikti War|devastated]] city
from regrouped criminals.

=== Later Career ===

Ms. Ge repeatedly clashed with a carefree Villain known as
[[../Mental Strike|Mental Strike]], who fell in love with
the young and determined woman. 
Ever since, he has been trying to convince her to join him,
failing to realize that his attempts to impress her
with his villainous acts disgust her instead.

In early 2007, Ms. Ge co-led a task force against
evil earth demigod [[Nuburea Cult|Nuburea]].

In summer 2007, Ms. Ge mentored [[Fiend Girl (Union)|Fiend Girl]]; however, the young metahuman
eventually switched sides and was briefly the lackey of Mental Strike,
whose way of life was more appealing to her.
