The unknown Vanguarder is a Blaster Dual Pistols / Fire Manipulation.
Character History
50 years ago, a young Vanguard recruit disappeared in a Vanguard's Warp. All this years, Lady Grey was Waiting but no one knew why. Recently, he's back out of Hell, harder, better, faster and stronger.
Who is he ? Where was he ? Why does he come back ?
Powers & Abilities
Master of akimbo pistols, wielding a high caliber firearm in each hand. His attacks primarily deal lethal damage and he has a wide variety of attacks, however his strength lies within his ability to use his "Swap Ammo" power to change out his ammo mid-battle. Doing so can change his secondary damage type and effects making him an incredibly versatile ranged combatant.
Fire Manipulation lets him surround himself with various manifestations of fire and flames, assaulting and burning nearby foes. Fire Manipulation powers tend to set foes ablaze for added damage over time."
