Description

The Paragon Titans are a moderately disorganized Super Group operating in Paragon City. Their base is a building in Steel Canyon, which consists of a lobby and trophy room taking up the first floor, a mechanical workshop on the second floor, common areas (kitchen, living room, etc.) on the third floor, and dormatory-like living quarters on the fourth floor. All of the funding for the Paragon Titans comes from the Pentagon, NASA, and the FBSA, all of which have interests in the Titans' activities. Bitt Player leads the Titans by virtue of none of its members objecting to the way he runs things.

Roster

Organization and Structure

Bitt Player is more or less in charge, though all members are free to offer advice and opinions regarding his leadership. Elaina Rhysenn is the de-facto second-in-command, and the massive workshop on the second floor is almost exclusively her domain, although Raoul Kasima and Android Rho make use of it as well. The Paragon Titans have no offical uniform, and the wearing of the group's colors and emblem is optional. Bitt Player has himself said that the only reason why the Titans have colors or an emblem is because the Super Group Registrar wouldn't let him leave those sections of the form blank.

The Workshop

By far the most significant part of the Paragon Titans base, the workshop is where Elaina Rhysenn is most often found. Here, she maintains and improves Bitt Player's flex-polymer suit, her own powered armor, and Android Rho. Raoul Kasima also uses the workshop to maintain his own armor, and it houses several unusal objects which Elaina frequently dismantles, examines, and otherwise attempts to learn from. As of November, 2009, these items include a disfunctional Hercules-Class Titan with its brain removed, the steam engines and clockwork brains from various Nemesis Automatons, Jaegers, and Fake Nemesi, a collection of confiscated weapons from virtually every high-tech villain group, and the few possibly-repairable remains of the small spacecraft which carried Takomo Yocmer and Raoul Kasima to Earth. It is these, along with several prototypes of new weapons and machines, upon which the government's interest in the Paragon Titans rests.

Relationships With Other Groups

The Paragon Titans are on friendly terms with the FBSA, especially DATA. They have a connection to the Midnight Squad through Samael Diener, and tend to cooperate with Longbow. Bitt Player has been approached by the Menders of Ouroboros, but he has doubts as to their trustworthiness. The Paragon Titans openly distrust Vanguard, and that distrust has grown after Vanguard breeched a confidentiality agreement regarding some of Elaina's prototype technology by turning designs over to a known villain.
