Origin
Most of General Skull's past, before he became a commander of the 5th Column (a fascist group originally formed in 1938) is unknown. When the Council took over most of the 5th Column he lost his position and his might. Soon after that he was captured by Freedom Corps troops and got thrown into the Zigursky Prison in Paragon City. The Arachnos Fortunata Kalinda saw his potential and started an attack on the Zig, how the prison is often called, to get him and others out with the intention to let them become servants of Arachnos. But General Skull wasn't willing to serve Arachnos and started to work as a mercenary on the Rogue Isles instead.
