Overview
Ark Commander hacked into one of Praetorian Earth's forgotten nano-defense and reconstruction ARK-series satellites a few years ago. This satellite, leftover from the Hamidon Wars, is able to manufacture a variety of devices and instantly deploy them near Ark Commander. These devices, along with light-weight survival armor and dual matching tactical sidearms, allow Ark Commander to take to the streets and compete with other powered individuals.
He is not entirely comfortable with Cole's utopia, but is willing to go along with this regime until something better presents itself. His fair-weather loyalties and occasional destabilizing act are his contribution to upsetting the status quo. This makes him a dangerous ally for Loyalists and the Resistance alike.
