Inspiration

Storm Maiden is based on the Marvel character Storm (Ororo Munroe).

Early Life

Ororo Miller was born in New York City. Because of her unusual white hair and blue eyes she got picked on by her classmates at school. When her mutant powers to control the weather and electricity became active during Ororo's puberty, her parents decided to move with her to Paragon City, where mutants and other super-powered beings are kind of something usual.

Joining the Outcasts

But even in Paragon City, Ororo never felt like a part of the society, until she met some members of a gang calling themselves the Outcasts, consisting entirely of mutants with elemental powers.
