B. Samson is the man's man of secret agents. Appointed to the position of Director of the Office of Secret Intelligence in 2004, he is working to ensure that Paragon City is provided with accurate and relevant intelligence at all times. He will let nothing stand in the way of Paragon City's safety, be it ninja, super-villain, or Chupacabra.
