Biography
His physical mutation apparent at birth, it was widely believed that Seamus was one of the fae spirits incarnated. Unwilling to draw attention to themselves, the family moved away from the small village where he was born and settled in Dublin, but this too brought problems. Hearing of Paragon City brught great joy to the Macinnean family, who sent off Seamus (who was 8 years old then) to live in the care of fellow mutants.
To the dismay of his parents he quickly became brash and used his sound manupulation powers for the wrong reasons, despite himself knowing it was the wrong thing to do. He has since worked toward his goal of being a government official and intensely studies current mutant affairs toward this aim. He still retains his cocky and sarcastic behaviour, which causes others to doubt whether he actually trusts them: but in fact, he is the kind of person who will do anything to protect those he allies himself with.
Recent personal questions about his upbringing have stifled his curiosity of the magic arts, which has led him on a trail following a hero group known as The Vault of Whispers.
