Character History
Found in 1945 by the british and french Armies, he was intrusted to the Vanguard. This half goat man seemed to fall from the sky in battle. He was named Caseus Belli by Lady Grey herself. Breeded by the Vanguard, he practiced Katana and in the same time looked for his parents and his origins. After the first attack of the Riktis, he was ranked general and integrate a new Task Force based on the Zodiac with best Soldiers of the Vanguard. He often works for The Herald, the public relations division because he's one of the most liked Vanguard's member.
Powers & Abilities
He can manipulate and control his opponent's mind. Since mental powers directly affect the mind, most tend to be very accurate, and thus very useful against higher level foes. Few foes can resist Psionic powers, but creatures without minds, like machines and robots, are resistant to many of the effects."
Thorns protrude from his body and can deal damage in melee or at range. Thorns are hollow and inject toxin that deals additional Toxic damage and can weaken his enemy's Defense. Very few foes have resistance to thorn toxins.
