Overview
Hanz Miller's unexpected transformation into an actual frost giant out of the Norse mythology had wrecked havoc on his personal life.
He violently acted out against his wife and infant daughter, causing his wife to be committed and his daughter to be put in the care of the foster system. Having nothing left, he patrols the streets of Paragon City, violently bringing criminals down.
