Bagi Rata is a salaryman working for a manufacturing company in Argosy Industrial Park. He was on a business trip to Galaxy City when the meteor hit. He became a hero among his comrades when he single-handedly cut down Arachnos troops who were trying to abduct his injured manager. Bagi Rata repelled the abductor, dragged his boss to safety and collapsed due to massive blood loss. He survived since he has a rapid healing ability. He has developed an extreme hatred against spiders ever since the incident.
