WIP!

A new character template I made myself for my Paragon Wiki userpage. I wanted to bring it here too. Development is still under way; the powerset template isn't done yet and I have several ideas I want to implement here. This doesn't yet categorize the page either. Consider this revision the beta version of the template :p
