Biography

Early Life

Peter emigrated to The States with his parent in mid 90's. He moved to Paragon City to pursue a higher education and witnessed Rikti Invasion in 2002. The devastation by Rikti forces created chaos among the remaining populace and the crime skyrocketed. Peter registered himself as Bagi Rata around this time.

Paragon City Hero

Bagi Rata and many other young heroes work together to keep criminals at bay. Bagi Rata help diminished PPD to restore law and order. He would work for the city and help PPD for years until he graduated. Peter still help his friends whenever they need him, but his heroic activity becomes less frequent.

Galaxy City Meteor Strike

He was on a business trip to Galaxy City when the meteor hit. He became a hero among his comrades when he single-handedly cut down Arachnos troops who were trying to abduct his injured manager. Bagi Rata repelled the abductor, dragged his boss to safety and collapsed due to massive blood loss.

Peter survived the ordeal, but Bagi Rata did not. He realizes his power is waning, and he should make way for younger and more talented heroes.
