Colonel Michael Richter is a retired officer who served with distinction in the United Kingdom's Special Air Service (SAS). He currently serving as the Executive Director of ECHELON, a super-human policing and counterintelligence agency that is overseen by the United Nations Security Council.
Richter shares a distant relative with Lord Recluse. Michael Richter's great grandfather, Karl Richter, is a direct cousin to Stefan Richter, the man who later becomes Lord Recluse.
