History
Kaci Volt was a rookie on the Paragon Police Department. She as always ready to take on any challenge. This did not go unnoticed. After working on the PPD for a few years, Lord Recluse offered her a position working with the Malta. The position was for her to test a suit that would make field agents as strong as a Hero. She agreed to help test the suit, but had her own agenda. She planned on taking the suit and all the research and giving it to Statesman. After a few months of work, Kaki was able to access the research Lab. She calmly put on the suit stole the research, and got the Hell out of there, and took the suit and research straight to Statesman. Statesman was grateful for was she had done. As a reward he gave the Malta Suit to her, offered a position as one of the many Heroes in Paragon City. The Malta is doing everything in their power to recover the suit, but they’re not having any luck….
