Backstory
Rhiltur the Radioactive Reptile (as he's affectionately known to his friends) is from the highly radioactive world of Palliad. At birth, all Palliadin children are fitted with a small nuclear reactor in their chests, allowing them to harness the radiation produced by their bodies to useful ends.
