Usage

For use on Administrator pages to notify others that the user is an admin and give a direct link to the user's talk page as well as the admin's in-game contact information... this is based on the Admin Banner that was in use by Aggelakis.

Typing:
{{AdminBanner|global=@Example|hisher=her|user=Example}}

Will yield:

@Example
This user is an Administrator. Discussion and questions should be left on her talk page.
