Usage
For use in MA Story Arc pages that require subheadings under the small images, such as mission list pages. For use in pages that require no subheading, such as enemy group lists, use {{NPC Powers Top}}.
Parameters are all required:
- image = Image name only, no formatting - preformatted to 62px
- contact = contact name, supplies the alt text for the image and the caption under the image
- text = Dialogue text.
