Expensive stuff includes Obliteration, Luck of the Gambler, Mako's Bite, Crushing Impact, Devastation, Numina's Convalescence, Miracle, Touch of Death, Reactive Armour, Impervium Armour, Impervious Skin, Kinetic Combat

Good stuff that's a bit cheaper include Crushing Impact, Thunderstrike, Red Fortune, Titanium Armour, Doctored Wounds, Malaise's Illusions

Then there are things that are okay, but generally get tossed away, like Glimpse of the Abyss, Call of the Sandman, Adjusted Targeting.  Gaussian's is sometimes expensive, sometimes not.
