The C.C.C.P. is a villain supergroup on Victory server.
History

The C.C.C.P. describes themselves as a 'government in exile', more than a supervillain group. Led by the fanatical Sovietski & Mother Russian, these Cold Warriors have come to the Rogue Isles in order to restart the Communist revolution there.
The return of the Sovietski from deep space has acted as a rallying cry for other Stalinist-Leninist super powered beings. First with Mother Russian, but then with others, their group was established in 2006, and a base was formed not long after.
Purpose
The C.C.C.P. has no less of a goal than a return of Soviet-styled governmental control world wide.

Symbol
The symbol of the C.C.C.P is the Hammer & Sickle normally, but also the Red Star. The current supergroup colors are gold and red. There is no uniform for the supergroup generally, but are available if desired.

Base
The C.C.C.P.'s base is functional, and austere, giving the most basic needs for its individual members. There are teleporters to every zone, a Pillar of Ice and Flame, crafting and empowerment tables, and a full complement of storage items.
