Angel Man is a NPC resembling a Heroic Blaster.
His Power Sets are Psychic Blast and Mental Manipulation.
Angel Man (name not unique) was an ordinary human who somehow became an official servant of an unknown deity. This alliance bestows psychic powers upon him and generally improves his body. He still appears clumsily, but that only makes him more determined.
He is known to have been a member of the task force that fought the evil demigod Nuburea in early 2007.
