Epilogue
As the Coming Storm came to wipe out all of existence, Obsidius knelt and proposed to Rella, the daughter of the Fae and his partner these many years in Paragon City.
And then the storm overtook all of the universe, and there was oblivion.

History
Awakening in Paragon City
Obsidius awoke in the middle of an alien invasion in what had apparently once been called Galaxy City. He looked for the Back Alley Brawler - wait, who? Where was he? What was this madness?
Confusion overtook Obsidius. Through his fugue, he fought his way through the Shivans with the help of heroes evacuating the part of this strange new(?) city. The only thing he knew for certain was, when he was given the opportunity to help a fallen hero or take his power, his instincts to protect compelled him to help, and this gave him some measure of power in its own right.
Afterwards, Obsidius set to protect Paragon City from the gangs, mystics, corporation, and villainous organizations determined to undermine Paragon City, its citizens, their freedom, and welfare.
Powers
Obsidius is a magical force of reckoning. His brutish fury is powered by his determination to protect the city, but also perhaps by something more preternatural. His titan weapons make him a severe threat to any in his way, including some mystical weapons imbued with ruin charms. His stone skin allows him to repel or absorb many different attacks, making him even more unstoppable.
Obsidius flies above Paragon City looking for trouble or scouting out locations dropped by various contacts he's come to know. He's been known to activate his stone powers from the air, dropping in on unsuspecting villains with surprise blows from his car-sized weapons.
