Particle Accelerator is a level 50 Technology Stalker on the Infinity server, played by @Patteroast. His primary powerset is Energy Melee and his secondary powerset is Energy Aura. His ancillary powerset is Mace Mastery. He has pool powers from the Leaping and Medicine sets.

Backstory
A talented mechanic with an interest in physics, Particle Accelerator created the devices he wears on his arms to do many things. He has devastating energy attacks, several special defensive fields he can put around himself, and he can even bend light around himself to disappear completely.
