Dr. Birdseye
Dr. Birdseye is a level 2 Technology Controller on the Infinity server, played by @Patteroast. His primary powerset is Plant Control and his secondary powerset is Cold Domination.
Backstory
Saving the world in the only way he knows how... with nutritious frozen vegetables.
