Captain Jamaica is a level 10 Natural Defender on the Champion server, played by @Patteroast. His primary powerset is Sonic Resonance and his secondary powerset is Sonic Attack. He has pool powers from the Speed set.
Captain Jamaica is a member of the Olympians supergroup.
Backstory
Using the power of reggae, Captain Jamaica is here to save Paragon City.
