The orange and blue planet of Parma
In another planet, lived a tribal people with orange skin, blue hair and eyes without pupils.
They are faster and more agile than humans although their small size.
All males learn since the childhood, the Art of War with Sword and Shield.
When the Riktis invaded their planet, the Big War began. A prophecy appointed one of them to stop the war.
The humanoid arrived on Earth just after the Riktis, send by his people to help the humans against the invaders and recolte informations for his planet's Resistance.
It's an old professor of E.L.I.T.E divison who learnt him French, English, Italian and German languages and named him "Parma" who mean in latin "Shield".
