The orange and blue planet of Parma
Character History
In another planet, lived a tribal people with orange skin, blue hair and eyes without pupils. They are faster and more agile than humans although their small size. All males learn since the childhood, the Art of War with Sword and Shield. When the Riktis invaded their planet, the Big War began. A prophecy appointed one of them to stop the war. The humanoid arrived on Earth just after the Riktis, send by his people to help the humans against the invaders and recolte informations for his planet's Resistance. It's an old professor of E.L.I.T.E divison who learnt him French, English, Italian and German languages and named him "Parma" who mean in latin "Shield". Often he helps the Vanguard against the Riktis and cares of his rikti monkey.
Powers
Wield a Broad Sword and master a variety of powerful lethal attacks. The Broad Sword's weight strikes with more force and damage. The broad sword can reduce an enemy's defense, allowing other attacks to hit more reliably. The broad sword is a powerful melee weapon that has a bonus to accuracy.
His mastery over the shield protects him from all forms of attacks in the form of defense as well as some moderate damage resistance to most types of damage. His training with the shield enables him to protect his nearby allies boosting their defenses.
