The Winged Nemesis is a Heroic Scrapper on Union. Her power sets are

She appeared in Paragon City in October 2010, claiming to be an angel sent by an ominous god to wipe out evil. Focusing on this, it is expected that she will eventually be reclassified as a "Vigilante". Her background has not been verified, however, and she is officially considered a "mutant".
The Winged Nemesis became a member of The Power Corps in early 2011. She appears to have a special hatred for Rogue Isles villainess Evil Huntress for an unknown reason (aside from her being pure evil, of course).
