Image Categories

I've only been giving User categories to people who've uploaded more than one image, but we can do it for anyone who uploads an image, sure. Honestly, I forgot we even had Character Images! LOL Also, to make it easy when you notify someone of new categories, I made {{CreatedCat}}, to be used with subst: just like {{Welcome}}. -- Agge (talk) 16:57, 9 June 2009 (UTC)
