Caseus Belli is a Scrapper Katana / Willpower.
He's the leader of Zodiac of the Vanguard as General Aries.
Character History
Found in 1945 by the british and french Armies, he was intrusted to the Vanguard. This half goat man seemed to fall from the sky in battle. He was named Caseus Belli by Lady Grey herself. Breeded by the Vanguard, he practiced Katana and in the same time looked for his parents and his origins. After the first attack of the Riktis, he was ranked general and integrate a new Task Force based on the Zodiac with best Soldiers of the Vanguard. He often works for The Herald, the public relations division because he's one of the most liked Vanguard's member.
Powers & Abilities
Wield a Katana and master a variety of powerful Lethal attacks. A quick and elegant weapon, the Katana is faster than a Broad Sword, and can reduce an enemy's Defense. The Katana is a fine blade that always has a bonus to Accuracy.
Willpower relies heavily on passive powers, with little in the way of flashy animations, to represent the stereotypical "tough guy". The set offers decent resistance to smashing, lethal, psi and toxic damage, as well as poor resistance but decent defense to fire, cold, energy and negative energy. The set also offers a taunt aura called "Rise to the Challenge" that raises regeneration for every enemy in melee.He isn't Invulnerable. Bullets don't bounce off of him, and if he is cut, he bleeds. He is, however, tough, grizzled and strong willed. It takes more than a little cut to keep you down! Willpower offers a strong balance of healing, damage resistance and defense. While he has no real vulnerabilities, he can't quite deal with 'alpha strikes' as well as some other protective powers.
