Eddy Currents (Pinnacle)

Imagine living in the modern world, unable to use any form of electronics. No cell phones, no televisions, no radio, no iPods, no computers, and no MMO games on those computers.

Edward Currant is such a person. Soon after birth, anytime he was near a television or radio, the device would become infected with interference. His parents were worried about this phenomenon thinking their son may be a mutant. The older he became the more pronounced the interference. This did not work well with a mother in computer science and a father an electrical engineer.

By the age of two, just being in the vicinity of electronic devices caused sporadic shorts and failures in all electronic devices. His parents abandoned him in an Amish community near Paragon City. When Edward grew up he went to live in Paragon City, against the wishes of his new family and community.

Inspired by the hero Positron, and the assistance of Prof. Tariq Night of Paragon University, he began designing a suit that will contain his abilities.
