Magicka Pride, for reasons not known but assumed, is very secretive about her past....what is seen here is known due to what was on tv at the time and the news coverage uncovering her story but Pride Herself will not confirm or deny any of it and has a very blank face when asked anything of it...She's very persistent in not answering and even when so far as to lightly shock a reporter for continuing to ask...when he claimed that he's going to sue...Magicka as she walked away shocked him again....miraculously although she'll admit to doing this all of the cameras went out as she did the first shock so no proof exists...The one thing that She has confirmed is Miss Liberties help and involvement somehow in her giving thanks to Her for taking Her under her wing all those years ago...but when Liberty is asked She simply smiles, laughs, and says "ask Pride" One reporter went above and beyond and claims to have uncovered the whole story and what is here is what he says he uncovered. Funny thing though, this very same reporter was struck with a severe case of memory loss, and even though his notes and audio recorded interviews survive he has no memory of the past couple of months so is unable to confirm the authenticity...Doctors have reported that if electricity were to blame there would be a scorch mark but there isn't...Some still blame the heroine for this memory loss even though the reporter is still good at his job....and Magicka Pride was dragged into a court room to answer the charges brought on by his family...in attendance was a whose who of heroes and heroines all of which spoke of her character but it was the long time and respected hero GE who is quoted most concerning this when he said: "Magicka is damn powerful, and is she capable, yes she is, she has worked very hard to have a minute to a huge control of her powers...So could she have if she really put her mind to it; yes would she have? NO, she's a heroine through and through," She was found innocent of all charges and when Magicka stood up to leave her mother, in tears, cursed her, saying that she knows that she did it...Magicka whipped around and instead of the normal well of power that she would show in her eyes, she leaned forward....and simply said: "you don't know, you don't know what it's like, everyday being teased, things thrown at you because you're a mutant or because you have something they don't...Going day in and day out fearing even going to school for being teased or fearing defending yourself knowing the power you have...Pure torture and pain everyday...You don't know what that's like being a heroine and knowing if your past got out everything great you do would be said to escape it...You wont know unless you find you're there yourself...and honestly i don't wish that upon you....Magicka kissed her cheek....Ma'am, i've saved this city and therefore YOU more times than anyone would care to count...i would say the universe owes me one. and with that Magicka left and it was never brought up again.
