Praetorian
Nyveus is the Praetorian version of Chyll (justice)
Origin
Samuel Algor grew up one ambitious boy, dreaming of being in the limelight; always wanting to be the center of attention but as he was a smaller child, he was always the target of the larger bullies. As he entered High School he developed what was thought to be a rare Sun allergy. This in turn caused even more bullying and teasing as he was termed the “freak” of the school.
One day after being bullied mercilessly, he decided he had had enough. He was going to stand up for himself regardless of the consequences. After picking up a chair and targeting the biggest bully he saw he hit him with everything he had but the bully barely moved. He turns and hit Samuel so hard he knocked to the ground. While laying on the ground being beaten by the bully he puts his hand out to block a punch and an Ice shard shot from his hand severally injuring the bully. The bullies friends see this and start to pile on Samuel as more and more punches and kicks are given the subsequent stress caused his mutant powers to manifest. He starts shooting the others off of him sending them scampering away injured and bloodied. After four of them are injured the rest start to run away. However as it turned out he got a little drunk on his ‘power’, and his ability to take down guys bigger than himself, (as he finally got the revenge he was seeking after years of abuse and bullying, revealing his own evil streak) even shooting some in the back as they ran away.
He realized his new found powers would allowed him to become the center of attention which he always craved. So he headed off to Nova Praetoria to join the Powers Division under the name Nyveus with ambitions to one day become a preator: Preator Algor; or who knows maybe even higher
