Background
Elisabeta Mechitbayeva comes from a parallel dimension where humanity lost the Rikti War. Her father was the man who on Earth Prime would be known as the Clockwork King but on her world was a scientist and inventor who worked for the Portal Corporation. It was there that her world's heroes made their last stand and with his last breath, Elisabeta's father activated the untested portal which sent her to Earth Prime. She landed in King's Row and soon realized that her new home would give her a chance to revenge herself on the alien invaders.
Personality
Elisabeta is driven and somewhat intense and skirts the edge of paranoid when it comes to hiding her past from others. Elisabeta has declared war on the Rikti and is uncompromising in her stance on destroying them. She is patient, reserved and even a little bit cruel. She prefers to plan actions out and if her teammates ignore her plans or refuse to pause for tactical review, Elisabeta is perfectly willing to wait and watch them get ground into the dirt in order to get her point across.
Having lost everything and everyone she knew to the Rikti, Elisabeta has a low tolerance for angsty, whinging, emo heroes.
Powers and Abilities
Public Knowlege :
To date, Zot has exhibited powers of flight, electrical generation and a highly advanced ECM field capable of rendering subject imperceptible to visible light spectrum as well as known forms of electromagnetic detection. The suit possesses shoulder-mounted turret that is used to deploy a number of devices. Samples exhibited to date include smoke grenades, chaff, caltrops and a restraining device. Caltrops are of special note; capable of generating a powerful inertial field that slows low hovering contacts, such as Clockwork Oscillators.
The Truth :
Elisabeta is in actuality a mutant. Capable of communicating directly with electronic devices, dubbed 'machine telepathy' by her father, which whom she shared this capability. Elisabeta can also generate low level electrical fields on her own but they are little more effective than a taser. Her suit exponentially amplifies her native abilities in this area and can produce devastating blasts of power. On her world, Elisabeta was one of the engineers who developed and implemented an emergency teleportation system, much like the one in use within Paragon. Upon arrival, she hacked into the Emergency Hospital Transport system and she uses it to travel.
Tactics
Zot prefers to use minimal effort to contain threats. She often holds back, reserving her efforts until required in support of her teammates. First response, even from minimal threats, is to deploy smoke, chaff, caltrops and restraining devices before bringing more damaging capabilities to bear. She also travels under full ECM unless accompanied by others, and even then is often invisible to human normal spectrum.
