Overview
A young girl who can emit water and electricity from her bare hands. As little as a glass, or as much as a fire hydrant… as little as a 9V discharge, or as much as a Transmission Line’s worth of voltage. Merope also has the ability to swim underwater with modified gills under her chinline and some resistance to electrical energy.
