Background

It was at a tragic tailgate party where Audrey first manifested her power over fire, at age 13. Finding that she was able to bend the flame to her will, but unable yet to control her powers, four beautiful steaks were burned beyond edibility. Shunned by her family for her mistake, she found refuge with a bizarre band of cultists, who lifted her up as a sign of their comet god. They eventually sent her forth, to combat evil and convert the people to the belief in the coming of the comet god, who will burn away all offending parts of the body and use the resulting space for parking.

Briquette is the sister of fellow mutant and House of Emerald Strumpets member Glimmerbritches.
