Psychotic Steve
Psychotic Steve is a level 6 Mutation Blaster on the Infinity server, played by @Patteroast. His primary powerset is Psychic Blast and his secondary powerset is Mental Manipulation.
Psychotic Steve was created on June 8, 2008, but was later deleted. He was remade on August 16, 2010.
Backstory
Steve is crazy. Really crazy. So crazy, it turns out it's more than the usual kind of insanity... it's a mutation. His insanity is off the charts, and above that, it's contagious. Just being near him can make people lose their minds.
So naturally he because a superhero!
