Good news, $name. Arachnos executed a traitor. Huh? Oh, right. It's good because that guy sold confidential information to others … such as Sayuri Dusk being an Arachnos agent. And unless my info is wrong, which I doubt, the purchaser in that case lives in Paragon City, which makes it easier for us to get him first!
It won't be easy, however, because the crook is no other than PPD captain Ismael S. Parsons. You may have heard of him, he's been accused of corruption before, but nobody was able to prove anything. His staff is suspiciously loyal to him, they're probably all a bunch of crooks. But Parsons knew about Sayuri's defection, and he should've forwarded that info to Freedom Corps, but obviously didn't. If the people at Freedom Corps had learned of this accusation they would've commented on it, rather than leave us all in the dark. That justifies his seizure, but we must surprise him before he has a chance to destroy the evidence. |
Capture Captain Parsons

We don't have a warrant for him, of course. That would be ridiculous. It means that his whole crew will probably offer resistance, but it will only serve to reveal their true allegiance. Don't worry, I'll take full responsibility for this.
Those coppers really need to be shown where their place is. We superheroes are the ones with power, that's why we're called that! They're merely assistants, why do they still have so much authority? |

Alright, I've gotten him to talk. Not surprisingly, Parsons resold the info about Sayuri to some major at Longbow, who's also obviously corrupt. Capturing that major as well will be a big leap for our investigations.
Oh, and I made Parsons confess some other things as well, to divert attention from our true case. |
