Greetings, Hero. My name is Kristopher Ash, you may or may not have heard of me. I don't think we have time to discuss the various rumors circulating about me, so let me just state that I taught your colleague Sayuri Dusk how to deal with her vampirism and still be a Hero. Unfortunately, Sayuri did not return from the mission she undertook last night. I have a feeling she is in grave danger. Are you willing to work with me and find her?

Excellent. As far as I know, her mission was to "attend" a dubious business meeting held by the organization known as the Family. Sayuri was subsequently seen chasing a Villain into the sewers. Witnesses then reported a group resembling mystics following them. I believe someone not yet involved such as yourself should investigate the situation.

	"Just for the record, I was just a mercenary. Hired by the Family to hit a rival. And yes, that vampire girl was chasing me. Then these mages appeared, and to my surprise, captured her. Even though she was clearly a Hero. They're crazy. I think their lair is at Industrial Avenue, not far from here."

Master Locke dialogue Before combat: Great job. This "City of Heroes" needs to be cleaned up indeed. Combat start: More "Heroes"! Protect yourselves! Defeated: Heh … False heroes … We are your nemesis …

The Shields of Fiminster … Just as I feared. These people aren't villains, $name. They're worse … they're fanatics. They believe themselves to be heroes, and they're on a crusade to purge evil from the world. Unfortunately, they have prejudices about what is evil. If you're a a half-demon or a vampire or something along those lines, you're considered fundamentally evil. Even if you have a free will and been a Hero for a year. They have fought with heroes from this city before, while the actual villains got away. They have also clashed with me before. It shouldn't surprise you that they are partly responsible for those rumors about me. And this is why I cannot go save Sayuri myself – they may be prepared for me.
