Sayuri Dusk is save for now, but that doesn't mean this is over. The Shields will continue with their crusade, stabbing actual heroes in the back. And the ones to profit from this infighting may be the villains.

I have been told that the Shields have secretly contructed a major base in Nerva Archipelago. They intend to liberate the Rogue Isles from there – alongside other vigilantes if they can convince them –, but they have also been planning their operations in Paragon City there. They might decide to take over this city first if they believe they can turn the Heroes against each other and make it the easier target.

Titus Fiminster himself may be present at this base. Please go there and make him stop this madness.

Strike back at the Shields

Admittedly, this may be dangerous. But the Shields need to be put in their place, or there may be an insane war. Several prominent members of Freedom Corps agree with me, although not all of them are able to strike as quick as I fear may be necessary. Neither do they think we should just tip off Arachnos, because those people do not exactly represent justice.

Incapacitate the Shields of Fiminster

The Shields of Fiminster have to be stopped, or they will continue to attack you and me.

Just because a person we have been working with happens to be a vampire.

Longbow is too occupied to actively support you, but they do manage to keep attention away from you.

The building is well-guarded, but apparently not prepared for an imminent attack.

  • 3 allies to find (optional)

Awesome work, $name. Now that Titus Fiminster himself is behind bars, his group lacks leadership and may very well fall into chaos and disband. Allegedly, some of his followers have already switched sides and expressed interest to join Freedom Corps … the true heroes. The fanatics should no longer be harassing us.

Fiminster probably accused me of having orchestrated his downfall. I guess he claimed I was a villain and had pitted you against the Shields so you'd rid me of them. Well, it isn't true. In fact, Azure Huntress seems convinced that her own archenemy was behind what transpired.

As for Sayuri Dusk, the horror may have brought happiness with it. One of the artifacts you confiscated turned out to be the Scarab of Darkness, made to absorb spells. It had been rendered seemingly ineffective, but MAGI enchanters experimented with it and found that it may still be able to contain the spell placed on her. It could enable Sayuri to switch between human and vampire form at will.
